International Cobalt Closes Non Brokered Private Placement
February 15, 2018, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada: International Cobalt Corp. (the “Company” or “International Cobalt”) is pleased to announce that the Company has closed a non-brokered private placement for a total of 40,000,000 units (the Units”) of the Company at a price of $0.25 >per Unit for gross proceeds of $10,000,000 (the“Private Placement”). Each Unit consists of one (1) common share (the “Common Share”) and one-half (1/2) of one (1) transferable common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each whole Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one (1) additional Common Share of the Company at a price of $0.40 on or before February 13, 2020.
The securities issued are subject to a four (4) month hold period that expires on June 15, 2018.
Gross proceeds raised from the sale of the Units will be used for an initial exploration program on the Company’s Blackbird project located in central Idaho, for new property investigations and for general corporate purposes.
